We officials are required to have liability insurance. Two options for insurance are the NFHS Officials Association and the National Association of Sports Officials (NASO). Both are excellent organizations with great benefits, including insurance coverage.

NASO is the world's largest organization for sports officials at every level and all sports. The insurance coverage from both NFHS and NASO covers practically all sports at practically all levels.

 

IMPORTANT: This year the secretary-treasurer will be collecting proof of insurance coverage. Please make a photocopy of your NFHS or NASO membership card or confirmation email and bring it to the July 28 meeting.
