Cougar/Owl Clinic

The Cougar/Owl Clinic is held on the campuses of the University of Houston and Rice University. It is designed to provide in-depth training in the mechanics of each position of a football officiating crew. The clinic provides both classroom and on-field training to provide the most comprehensive officiating instruction available. The clinic covers NCAA rules and enforcement, video review and commentary, on-field observation, and a instruction on individual position mechanics and techniques. The two-day clinic will give attendees new knowledge and skills from the very best in the profession. NFL and Division I Officials and Supervisors will instruct attendees in a casual, focused atmosphere.
